Valarie Coventry is a psychologist with over thirty years experience in counselling and organisational consulting. She has additional diplomas in art therapy and hypnotherapy, and is trained in Psych K, a therapy to identify and correct self sabotaging beliefs.
She works extensively with General Practitioners through the Better Access to Mental Health and Better Outcomes initiatives, which are part/fully funded respectively, to offer assistance to clients presenting with low to moderate mental health issues.
Val takes both GP referrals and self referrals for psychological counselling and hypnotherapy and can also see clients through their organisation’s employee assistance programs.
